All contents of the Competition are available in English. During the course of the Competition, players will see texts, videos, additional materials, tasks and questions - all in English.

CEE Business Experience Challenge is a two-stage competition that consists of an individual online part (“Online game”) and group online part based on online or offline cooperation between players who form teams of 2 or 3 members (“Case study competition”).

The main goal of the Competition is to familiarize players with the most important tasks performed by PwC consultants in the four core departments of the company: audit, advisory, tax and risk assurance. It is also the presentation of the PwC core values and other important information about the scope of the company’s activities.

Through the Competition, PwC is also aiming to find and recognize the best students and graduates who could potentially join the company. However, it is worth remembering that the registration and/or the participation in the Competition doesn’t provide any benefit, advantage or exemption during the (actual) recruitment process in the PwC company, and no legal relationship is formed with the PwC company.

Photos, images, tasks and the whole story included in the Competition serve only illustrative purposes. All the materials do not depict PwC and its operation realistically. Above all, all the tasks contained in the Competition are invented and do not contain real examples, although they refer to the real work of a consultant.

1.4 Profile
The virtual person created by the player during the Competition.
1.5 Stage and points
  1. The Competition has two stages.
  2. The first stage (Online game) is played individually. A player can gain up to 980 points. This stage ends with awarding a certificate. 880 points can be accumulated by completing the main tasks and mini-games. The main tasks are refer to work in PwC’s four most important departments: audit, advisory, tax and risk assurance.
  3. An additional 100 points can be collected via the process of inviting players’ friends to the Online game. For each new player registering via a special invitation email, players will be awarded 10 extra points. By doing that one player can collect the maximum of 100 points.
  4. During each week indicated in 1.3, three players from each country that have finished the Online game with the best score will be named “Weekly winners”. They will receive a set of branded PwC gadgets with a maximum value of €20. It’s not possible to exchange the price for money or anything else.
  5. In the case of an equal number of points accrued by several players in the “Weekly ranking”, the order in which they finished the Online game will be decisive - the player who finished the Online game earlier will be ranked higher.
  6. All “Weekly winners” will receive a message from the PwC team within seven days after the end of the week. After making contact and setting up the method and time of delivery of the gifts, the shipping will be processed.
  7. If the player does not reply to the PwC’s message within one week, the prize will be forfeited.
  8. The second stage (Case study competition) consists of two rounds. The first round is called “teaming up” and starts for each player when the Online game is completed. It ends on 1.11.2021 (11.59 CET).
  9. The Case study competition stage is team-based. All the players who decide to join this round can create a team consisting of two or three players and become a team creator. Becoming the team creator is not mandatory. Players can also join teams created by other players to become team members.
  10. The difference between a team creator and a team member is that the former can add and remove players from the team and design the name and description of the team. It is worth mentioning that PwC communicates with the team directly through the team creator.
  11. Team creators can dissolve the team and change their role to team members – however, to do so, they must firstly remove all team members from the team that they had earlier established.
  12. At the end of this round, all players who haven’t found a team or haven’t found enough team member within the team they have created will be automatically drawn into new teams – provided they have checked the appropriate checkbox in theis player’s profile and agreed to team up automatically. Players will be playing in the second round of the Case study competition in these newly-founded teams.
  13. Players that do not agree for automatic teaming up and haven’t found a team by 1.11.2021 (11.59 CET), will end the Competition.
  14. The second round of the Case study competition starts on 2.11.2021 (12.00 CET). From that moment each team creator and team member will be able to download the case study via the Platform. This round ends on 16.11.2021 (23.59 CET). By this time, all existing teams must upload the solved case study to the Platform. The relevant buttons will appear under the “My Team” tab.
